Planning

We will help you plan the layout and dimensions of the required elements. Once the layout is complete and approved we will work on the rest of the materials to created the best look for your project.
Material Selection
Based on the layout of your project we will help you choose material that would perform best for your bathroom location, size and layout. When we talk material, we discuss everything you see and don't see which includes mortar, uncoupling membranes, waterproofing, plumbing, electrical, tile, grout, profiles, toilet selection, vanity, faucets, baseboards, doors, paint and other accessories.
Permits
Depending on the complexity of your project City Permits may be required. City Permits may be required for Electrical, Plumbing, Demolition, New Additions, New Electrical Appliance that requires own breaker added in electrical panel (i.e. Heated Floor or Towel Warmer). If you do not have required permits in place, we will apply for the permits required by the Building Code Act before we start working on your project.
Game Time
Having a complete understanding of your project we create a timeline and work plan to complete your project on time. We make sure all required materials are in stock and/or ordered to allow us smoothly complete your project to the best of our abilities. A dedicated project manager will be assigned to assure you have answers and solutions for the questions or concerns you may have during the journey to your dream bathroom.
